name: String

basically the project ID (no spaces, must be unique)

owner: String

username of the project owner, if this starts with org: it will be treated as the name of an Organization

timestamp: u128

NOT A CREATION TIMESTAMP, billing period start (limit beginning)

private_metadata: ProjectPrivateMetadata

Metadata that can only be edited by users with the “VIB:Admin” permission

metadata: ProjectMetadata

Public metadata, can be edited by project owner
